Hire a room at Tonic Health

You a guaranteed a warm welcome as you enter the building - either a short walk from the town centre and bus/train station, or from your car parking space by the building. There are no steps to trip you up, we are all ground floor and all areas are accessible with wheelchairs, pushchairs and the like. This includes two disabled-friendly toilets.

A dedicated reception team will show organisers to your room, and will signpost delegates and visitors through when you are ready. Our fibre broadband is available throughout the building to keep you connected. We have four small rooms which can be used for consultation/therapy, small meetings/hot desk facility. In addition we have three other larger rooms which can be adjusted to suit your needs and can be used for meetings, training events/workshops and even a party!

We are a charity, and much of our income comes through room hire. Having said that, we will match any like-for-like quote based on room hire where we can. There are no hidden charges, no sales calls, no "contact us for prices" etc. All prices are quoted on our website to make it easier for you to decide and choose. We have the following details avialable to help you - including some photos, room sizes etc., however it does't beat coming to visit and see what we have for yourself. The Ivy

This is an air conditioned meeting/training room with lots of space and privacy. This room has no windows, so it is totally private and can therefore make a great meeting/planning room if you require no distractions!

The Willows

Suitable for small to medium sized groups, meetings and smaller social events. This room benefits from having the natural light through the main windows at the front of the room. The kitchen is just next door, and there is a serving hatch from the kitchen into the Willows.

The Hall

Suitable for medium to larger sized groups, meetings, parties etc. This room has recently seen an extensive upgrade with a new suspended ceiling complete with LED lighting and ceiling mounted infra-red heaters.

Separate access to hot water/sink, but the main kitchen across small corridor.

Consultation rooms

We have 4 consultation rooms for Hire at Tonic Health. These can be used for therapy, as an office, a small meeting room etc. All rooms are furnished, clean and tidy, and come with access to the Kitchen and Disabled toilets. Your clients will also be welcomed by our friendly reception staff and seated in our waiting area if required.

£7.50 per hour or £50 per day

Regular Hire

Consultation rooms can be hired by the session or the day. A session is either 0900 - 1230 or 1330 - 1700 Monday to Friday. A full day is 0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday. Hire of consultation rooms outside of these allotted times may be available by agreement, but there may not be any reception cover. The clinic will not be staffed on Bank Holidays, but may be avaialble to hire, by arrangement.

Regular hirers are individuals/organisations who commit to at least two bookings per month on a rolling monthly basis.
